She carries not only a wealth of experience but also immense pride in her Cherokee Nation heritage.

An Impressive Medical Background

With a career spanning 20 years, Anna's medical journey has been diverse and multifaceted. Her background includes roles such as Nursing Assistant, Medical Office Assistant Diploma holder, Medical Administrative Assistant Diploma holder, Telemetry Certification, Applied Behavior Analysis Technician Certification, Wyoming DD Waiver Provider, Wyoming HFWA Provider, and Case Management expert.

Anna's commitment to providing the best care is evident in her continuous pursuit of knowledge. She holds certifications in various specialized areas, including CANS Child Adolescent Needs and Strengths Assessment, ACE Toxic Stress Screening, Risk Assessment, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She's also a Board Certified AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners).

At Community Strong, we are incredibly fortunate to have Kathy Bella as a vital member of our team. With a career spanning over three decades in healthcare, Kathy's journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of patients.

A Distinguished Career

Kathy's remarkable career began as a Registered Nurse (RN) where she dedicated 24 years of her life to providing exceptional care to patients. Seventeen of those years were spent in the high-pressure environment of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Her experience in the ICU equipped her with invaluable skills in critical care, decision-making, and teamwork.

For the past nine years, Kathy has been an invaluable Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the field of family practice. Her transition to an NP role allowed her to form lasting connections with her patients, focusing on holistic and preventive care. Kathy's empathetic approach and profound understanding of patient needs have earned her the trust and respect of both patients and colleagues.

In addition to her roles as an RN and NP, Kathy Bella serves as the Medical Director at Community Strong.
